User data deletion

MsgMatrix Panel stores Instagram messaging and comment data only to operate the connected business inbox.

How to delete your data

1. Sign in to the panel, open Connect Instagram, and click Disconnect to drop tokens and stop webhooks.
2. Email [email protected] from your workspace email and ask us to delete the account. We remove conversations, messages, comments, and tokens.
3. If you connected via Facebook Login, you can also remove the app from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Meta will call our deletion callback:

That callback returns a confirmation code and a status URL. If you arrived here with a ?code= parameter, keep that code as proof that Facebook requested deletion.
