By creating a MsgMatrix Panel account you agree to use the service to manage Instagram Professional messaging for your own business or businesses you are authorized to represent.
Acceptable use
- Follow Instagram Messaging and Meta Platform policies, including a human escalation path.
- Do not use the HUMAN_AGENT tag except when a human is handling the conversation.
- Do not scrape, resell, or store ephemeral Story binaries beyond on-screen display.
Service
The panel provides a custom Live Inbox, comment moderation, keyword automations, and optional human-agent replies. Automation pauses when a conversation is in Human mode.
